Illinek Lodge Service Award
The Illinek Lodge Service Award, was
created in August 2003, by the Lodge Executive Committee. It consists of a
special edition yellow border "Service Flap" for Arrowmen who qualify. The
qualifications are quite simple; get involved and get your sash a little dirty!
What's more - it can be earned each year by actively participating in lodge
activities and projects. To receive this award, you must be a registered,
dues-paid member of Illinek Lodge, and have complete the Requirements outlined
on the form below.
When you have completed the requirements, turn
the form along with $2.00 to the Lodge Chief or Lodge
Treasurer.
Remember each Arrowman may receive only one of these
per year.; But you can receive credit for events attended since August
2003.
